Firewall Management
(1.) Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS) (2.) Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations (3.) Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability (4.) Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning (5.) Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues
Network Administration
(1.) Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate user’s networks and in house servers. (2.) Install and integrate new server hardware and applications (3.) Support and administer third-party applications (4.) Ensure network security and connectivity (5.) Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses. (6.) Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords and also resolve problems reported by end user.
Cloud Management
(1.) Creating and managing servers on cloud platform like "Amazon Web Service" and "Google Cloud Platform" and "Microsoft Azure" etc. (2.) Managing cloud firewall for optimal security. (3.) Website hosting on various hosting providers like "GoDaddy" and "AWS Lightsail" and "Big Rock" etc. (4.) Local server daily backup on cloud platform like "Google Drive" and SFTP. (5.) Planning, designing and developing cloud-based applications. (6.) Stay current with industry trends, making recommendations as needed to help the company excel.
Linux Engineer
(1.) Design and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools. (2.) Develop and maintain web and SQL server for company application. (3.) Create tools to help teams make the most out of the available infrastructure. (4.) Help tune performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure. (5.) Using CentOS as web server to host more than 4 websites.
Hardware Troubleshooting
(1.) Identify and troubleshoot issue in various devices for example PC,printer,DVR etc. (2.) Testing hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems. (3.) Completing functionality and performance tests on the final product. (4.) Update existing computer equipment so that it will work with new software
